Quickly and easily recover company-owned desktop computers from employees. We send an empty box with a prepaid shipping label so you can focus on your work.
What is included in a desktop return?
Every desktop return includes:
- Desktop shipping box. We provide top-quality desktop boxes that are specially designed for desktop computers, and safely fit a variety of desktop sizes. They are reusable and recyclable.
- Shipping both ways. We pay for the empty box to be shipped to your employee, and the full box to be shipped to your company.
- Reminders for your employee. We can email and/or text your employee up to 3 times to remind them to ship the computer. Optional but recommended.
- Tracking updates for you. We email you when your employee ships the computer, and when it is delivered to your company. You can also add an extra company email if someone else at your company also wants tracking updates.
- Support. We provide world-class support.
