What size laptops can be returned?

Our top-quality laptop boxes fit laptops from approximately 11” to 17”.

We say “approximately” because laptops are generally measured by screen diagonal, but can have different sized bezels, so two laptops with the same screen diagonal can have different external diagonal. If you want to be certain your laptop will fit, measure by external diagonal.

What size manufacturer’s box can be used?

If you want a laptop returned in its original manufacturer’s box, our boxes fit manufacturer’s boxes up to 15.5” x 11.5” x 2.5” (a MacBook Pro 16” box).
