What is included in an iMac return?

Every iMac return includes:

• iMac box. We provide top-quality iMac boxes that are specially designed for iMacs, and safely fit either 24" or 27" iMacs. They are reusable and recyclable.
• Shipping both ways. We pay for the empty box to be shipped to your employee, and the full box to be shipped to your company.
• Reminders for your employee. We can email and/or text your employee up to 3 times to remind them to ship the iMac. Optional but recommended.
• Tracking updates for you. We email you when your employee ships the iMac, and when it is delivered to your company. You can also add an extra company email if someone else at your company also wants tracking updates.
• Support. We provide world-class support.
