How it works

After you click to start a laptop return, ReReady will ask you to enter the employee's work email. ReReady will search your Jamf records, then list all MacBooks associated with that email.

You click the button next to each MacBook you want to be returned. (If the list does not include the MacBook you need returned, you can bypass this step and enter the data manually.)

ReReady auto-populates the employee name, and captures the MacBook serial number and Jamf Computer ID so you can tie each MacBook return back to your Jamf records.

How to enable Jamf

To enable Jamf for your Enterprise account:

1. Log in to your ReReady account (or open a free account).
2. Go to your User settings page, find the "Integrations" section, and click to Enable Jamf.
3. Follow the instructions to enter your Jamf API credentials for a restricted-access, read-only user.
