How to use the box

These simple instructions show how to load a monitor into one of our boxes. They also demonstrate why our monitor boxes are the simplest, safest boxes available.

Opening the box

Fully open the box and remove the foam ensclosure and the accessories box.

Loading the monitor

First, remove all cables from the monitor and put them in the accessories box.

Lay the foam enclosure on a table, with the foldable arms facing up. Unfold the arms so they aren't in the way.

Lay the monitor face-down on the foam enclosure, so the monitor face is against the cardboard.

Now remove the stand from the monitor (there may be a button, latch, or screw to release). Put the stand in the accessories box.

Finally, fold the arms down on top of the monitor and slide the foam enclosure inside the box.

Loading the accessories box

After the foam enclosure has been loaded into the box, put any remaining monitor parts into the accessories box. Then load the accessories box next to the foam enclosure.

Shipping out

After loading all equipment into the box, close the lid and tape it shut. Now it's ready to be shipped using the pre-paid shipping label we included in the box.
