Additional devices
You can instruct your employee to include small additional devices in the box, like phone, keyboard, or mouse. Available for Enterprise accounts only.
Why specify additional devices?
Companies often issue company-owned computers along with other company-owned devices like a phone or keyboard. If you want to recover those additional devices, you can easily specify them when placing an order.
What additional devices can be specified?
You can specify any of these devices:
- Keyboard
- Mouse
- Phone
What happens when additional devices are specified?
If you specify any additional devices, ReReady will mention them in all communication with your employee, including the shipping instructions. This makes it clear that you expect the employee to return that company-owned equipment.
How to specify additional devices?
To specify additional devices as an Enterprise user, simply start a return. On the first step, click the "Additional devices" link to reveal the device checkboxes, then click the appropriate checkboxes.
