Customize messages to employees

Enable text messages to employees
You can further increase the odds of a successful return by enabling text message notifications & reminders. Text messages can be additional to, or instead of, the emails that are a Basic feature. Learn more about text messages.

Set an email for receipts

It's easy to enable these advanced features. Simply enable Enterprise status on your account and pay an extra $10 per return:
- Log in to your ReReady account (or open a free account).
- Click the "Settings" button at the top.
- Click the "Company settings" button at the top.
- If you haven't already, click "Enable Enterprise status".
