Two-factor authentication

Increase your security by enabling a second hurdle to accessing your account, in addition to your password. Available for Enterprise accounts only.

What is two-factor authentication?

Ordinarily, signing in to your account requires your email and password. When two-factor authentication is enabled, signing in to your account also requires a "one-time code". This code is generated by an app on your smartphone.

Is a smartphone required?

Yes, you will need to use a free app on your smartphone. You can use any authenticator app. We recommend Google Authenticator.

Can it be required for all users?

Yes, if you have additional users on your account, you can require they all enable two-factor authentication to log in. See your "Company settings" to enable "Two-factor authentication required for all users".

How to enable two-factor authentication?

To enable two-factor authentication on your account:

  1. Log in to your ReReady account (or open a free account).
  2. Click the "Settings" button at the top.
  3. In the "Two-factor authentication" section, click to enable and follow the instructions.
