Additional users

Larger organizations often need to allow multiple users to manage their ReReady account, so it's easy to add additional users. Available for Enterprise accounts only.

What are additional users?

After a free account has been created by the primary user, and Enterprise status enabled on the account, the primary user can invite additional users from their organization.

What can additional users do?

Additional users can do everything the primary user can do. They can change the company settings, order new returns, etc.

What settings are unique to additional users?

Every user can set a default company address, which will be used for all the returns they order.

Likewise, ReReady will remember which payment method they used last, and treat it as their default payment method.

How to add additional users?

To add additional users:

  1. Log in to your ReReady account (or open a free account).
  2. Click the "Settings" button at the top.
  3. Click the "Company settings" button at the top.
  4. If you haven't already, click "Enable Enterprise status".
  5. Click to "Manage additional users"
  6. Click the "Invite additional user" botton at the top.
