Customized messages

You can customize the email and/or text message notifications & reminders that are sent to your employees, to make them more compelling. Available for Enterprise accounts only.

If you provide an employee's personal email address or mobile number when ordering a return, we will send them an initial notification, plus follow-up reminders as appropriate. You can customize the messaging we use. You can even use placeholder tokens to insert your company name, contact email, etc.

Initial notification

This email and/or text message is sent to your employee after you order a return, to inform them an empty box with a prepaid shipping label is on the way.

Delivery notification

This email and/or text message is sent to your employee when the empty box is delivered, to ensure the employee is aware.

1st reminder

This email and/or text message is sent to your employee if they don't send the return shipment 3 days.

2nd reminder

This email and/or text message is sent to your employee if they don't send the return shipment 6 days.

3rd (final) reminder

This final email and/or text message is sent to your employee if they don't send the return shipment 9 days.

How to customize these messages?

  1. Log in to your ReReady account (or open a free account).
  2. Click the "Settings" button at the top.
  3. Click the "Company settings" button at the top.
  4. If you haven't already, click "Enable Enterprise service".
  5. Click the "Customize messages" button.
  6. Enter your message customizations, then click to submit. (You can copy-paste the default message for an easier starting point.)
