BambooHR is one of the most popular HR management platforms. ReReady is the easiest way to recover laptops from employees. Now you can combine them to simplify your offboarding.

You can choose to enable a webhook integration for more automation, an API integration for more flexibility, or both for maximum power.

Webhook integration (option 1)

We automatically prepare a laptop return order when we detect an employee has been terminated, then we send you an email to approve it. This ensures your returns are accurate and practically effortless.

How it works

You provide your company's webhook credentials. When an employee's status changes from "Active" to "Inactive" in your BambooHR records, ReReady will automatically prepare a laptop return and email you a link to review and pay.

This integration is enabled for your whole company. All of your company's additional users benefit from this integration.

How to enable the webhook integration

To enable BambooHR webhooks for your Enterprise account:

1. Log in to your ReReady account (or open a free account).
2. Go to your Company settings page, find the "Integrations" section, and click to Enable BambooHR webhooks.
3. Follow the instructions to enable the BambooHR webhook integration.

API integration (option 2)

You select an employee from your BambooHR records when ordering a return, and we pre-populate your employee details for the order. This ensures your returns are accurate and easy, plus you can use this feature regardless whether an employee is being terminated.

How it works

You provide your API credentials. When you order a laptop return in ReReady, you can populate the employee address from your BambooHR records.

This integration is enabled for users individually. If additional users in your company want to use this integration, they need to enable it separately.

How to enable BambooHR API

To enable BambooHR API for your Enterprise account:

1. Log in to your ReReady account (or open a free account).
2. Go to your User settings page, find the "BambooHR API integration" section, and click to Enable BambooHR API.
3. Follow the instructions to enable the BambooHR API integration.

Both integrations can be enabled

If you want return orders to be automatically prepared for terminations, and you also want to pre-populate data for other return orders, you can enable both the webhook and API integrations at the same time.
