Label-only returns (no box)

Does your employee already have a shipping box for their laptop? You can order a "label only" return and get a discounted price.

What is a "label only" return?

Sometimes an employee already has a shipping box, so there's no need for ReReady to send a top-quality box. In this case, ReReady can simply email the employee a prepaid shipping label.

Does the employee require a printer?

No, the employee is not required to print the label we email to them. If they are unable to print the label, they can simply show the barcode at a carrier location and a carrier representative will print it for them.

Please note that pickup scheduling requires the employee to print the label, because pickup drivers are generally not equipped to print labels.

What is the discount for a "label-only" return?

When only a label is required, we avoid the cost of the box, fulfillment, and outbound shipping. That allows us to provide a discount of $40 per return.

How to select the "label only" option?

It's easy to order a "label only" return:

  1. Start a return.
  2. For "Send an empty box to employee", select "No".
  3. Under "Employee address", enter the employee's "Employee personal email".
