What is included in a monitor return?

Every monitor return includes:

• Monitor box. We provide top-quality monitor boxes that are specially designed for monitors, and safely fit a variety of monitor sizes. They are reusable and recyclable.
• Shipping both ways. We pay for the empty box to be shipped to your employee, and the full box to be shipped to your company.
• Reminders for your employee. We can email and/or text your employee up to 3 times to remind them to ship the monitor. Optional but recommended.
• Tracking updates for you. We email you when your employee ships the monitor, and when it is delivered to your company. You can also add an extra company email if someone else at your company also wants tracking updates.
• Support. We provide world-class support.
