Rush service

You can enable rush service on any laptop return, for the outbound and/or return. We will purchase the fastest possible shipping.

What is rush service?

If you add rush service on the outbound or return shipment for a laptop return, we will purchase the fastest shipping your additional payment can buy.

Why add rush service?

Maybe you are concerned an employee won't return a laptop unless they do it quickly, maybe your company needs to re-issue a laptop to a new employee, etc. There are many different reasons you might be in a rush to recover a laptop.

How much does rush service cost?

Rush service costs an additional $100 per shipment. (Each laptop return encompasses 2 shipments: an outbound shipment to the employee unless you select our no box option, and a return shipment to the company.)

Carriers charge extra for rush service. Our fee for rush service simply covers this additional cost.

How to add rush service?

To add rush service on a case-by-case basis, simply click to add rush service on the "Shipping options" step of the laptop return ordering process.

Currently there is no way to set rush service as a company default, so please let us know if you would like us to add that.
